clean room delicious food evening entertainment
the food was plentiful and delicious. i found the room warm and very clean. the hotel even provided great entertainment each night. bingo!

slow service crockery mess missing toiletries
the restaurant service was quite slow, on one occasion it took an hour and twenty minutes to receive tea and coffee after dinner. the dining room also doubles as the entertainment room, a setup i found less than ideal with tables still holding crockery from dinner service. it seemed like the staff was always rushing me during meals. the lack of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom was a definite oversight.

really enjoyed my stay
heated area clean swimming pool reasonable prices
the swimming pool offered a relaxing experience. it featured a heated area and was kept very clean. the bar had reasonable prices. i found carlsberg and tetleys were £4.30 a pint (quite decent for a hotel).
the wi-fi signal in my bedroom was not very strong. this made it difficult to stream videos.

totally awesome stay!
decent size room super clean area good staff
I traveled with alfa, and the hotel is really lovely. the rooms are a decent size. the best part is all areas of the hotel were a good size. plus, it was super clean! the staff were very good. I love nothing too much trouble.
the breakfast quality, uh, it was horrible. like, super horrible! also, the room was so hot! even though it isn't summer, it was so hot, like may! they did not offer bathroom products either.

ideal location consistent cleanliness friendly staff live music
I found the location ideal , with easy access to the beach and town. The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, with particular attention to detail in public areas. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, providing prompt and efficient service. I also enjoyed the entertainment options, especially the live music at the bar.
I did notice the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel.

the staff was friendly. every member was helpful . the food selection had good choices. the waiters were also friendly.

vegetarian sausages friendly staff evening entertainment
The hotel offered a new breakfast menu and I enjoyed vegetarian sausages. I also tried vegetarian options at dinner, including the curry. The staff was friendly and did so much for you, Holly called the bingo so entertaining.
The shower didnt work properly but it was ok enough to use.
